Encryption at Rest & in Transit
All data is encrypted using AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Your estimates, cost libraries, and uploads are protected at every stage.
ActiveSOC 2 Compliance
We are actively pursuing SOC 2 Type II certification to formalize the security controls and practices already built into our platform.
In ProgressUS-Based Infrastructure
All data is stored and processed on servers located in the United States. We do not transfer data outside of US borders.

No AI training on your data
Ryvet never uses your estimates, cost libraries, or pricing data to train AI models. Your proprietary information is never fed into systems that could benefit competitors.
No cross-account data sharing
Your pricing, material costs, and labor rates are never shared between accounts. Each organization's data is completely siloed and inaccessible to others.
Full data export at any time
You can export all of your data at any time, in standard formats. If you decide to leave Ryvet, your data leaves with you.
Deletion on request
If you close your account, we will permanently delete all of your data from our servers within 30 days, with written confirmation upon completion.
